Standards we operate by

Client ownership

You own your bids and the truthfulness of every claim in them. Propilith drafts from materials you provide—past RFPs, security exhibits, product documentation, and instructions from your reviewers. We do not invent customers, certifications, case studies, statistics, or other proof.

What Propilith does

• Set up and maintain an answer / proposal library from your sources
• Draft responses for enterprise RFPs, DDQs, and security questionnaires-as-exhibits
• Run redlines and revision rounds within the plan
• Export in buyer formats (DOCX / XLSX / PDF as appropriate)
• Confirm delivery cadence after intake for each engagement

What Propilith does not do

• Guarantee win rates, deal closes, or RFP scores
• Fabricate evidence or inflate claims
• Act as a law firm or provide legal advice
• Submit as the bidder of record unless explicitly arranged later (default: you submit)
• Collect payment, card numbers, or IBAN on the public site
• Impersonate or claim to be Loopio, Responsive, Qvidian, or any other vendor

Volume honesty

Founding capacity is confirmed at onboarding based on response size and complexity; a typical monthly capacity is up to 4 mid-size responses or 2 large responses. Overflow is quoted separately. We do not market unlimited concurrent capacity.

Cadence

Turnaround and revision timing are confirmed after intake for each response accepted into the queue. We do not advertise a hard 48-hour SLA on this site.

Independence

Propilith is an independent proposal operations desk. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any named RFP software platform. You may use Propilith alongside whatever tools you already run.
