Process
How Propilith engagements run
From intake materials to buyer-ready exports—with you owning claims, sign-off, and submission. Cadence is confirmed after we see your pipeline, not promised as a hard 48-hour SLA.
-
Intake & scope
We review your typical RFP / DDQ / security-exhibit mix, buyers you sell to, and the materials you already have. Founding capacity is confirmed at onboarding based on response size and complexity; a typical monthly capacity is up to 4 mid-size responses or 2 large responses. Overflow is quoted separately.
-
Answer & proposal library
We stand up a reusable library from past RFPs, security exhibits, and product docs you provide. Gaps are flagged—we do not invent customers, certifications, or proof points.
-
Drafting for live responses
For each in-plan opportunity we produce drafts across the bid pack: narrative sections, tables, and security questionnaires-as-exhibits—not only SIG/CAIQ-style forms.
-
Redlines & revision rounds
Your stakeholders review; we incorporate redlines within the revision rounds included in your plan. Priority and turnaround for each cycle are set when the response is accepted into the queue.
-
Export in buyer formats
We deliver DOCX, XLSX, and/or PDF packages as the buyer requires, ready for your internal approval.
-
Your sign-off & submission
You own final sign-off and submit as the bidder. Propilith does not submit as bidder of record unless explicitly arranged later. Default remains: client submits.
What you bring
- Past RFP / proposal responses (even if imperfect)
- Security exhibits, policies, and product documentation
- Named reviewers and decision-makers for sign-off
- Honest status of certifications, customers, and claims
What we do not do
- Guarantee wins, closes, or scores
- Fabricate evidence, logos, or case studies
- Act as your law firm or default bidder of record
- Impersonate or claim to be Loopio, Responsive, or Qvidian
