Who we are
Propilith operates this marketing site at propilith.pages.dev. We provide proposal operations services for US and UK B2B SaaS companies. This notice covers the public website only—not separate client workspaces that may be set up under a service agreement.
What we collect
If you use a contact or founding application form, we receive the fields you submit—typically name, work email, company, role, region, and free-text context. Forms are delivered via FormSubmit to our intake address. We do not ask for card numbers, IBAN, or bank details on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to founding applications and contact messages
- To assess fit for Propilith services
- To keep basic records of inquiries
We do not sell your contact information.
Processors
Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and delivered by email. Hosting is on Cloudflare Pages. Those providers process data under their own terms.
Cookies & analytics
This static site does not set marketing cookies by default. Your browser may still send standard technical logs to the host (IP address, user agent, request path).
Retention
Inquiry emails are retained as long as needed to manage the conversation and any resulting engagement, then deleted or archived according to ordinary business practice.
Your choices
You may email us via the contact form to request correction or deletion of an inquiry you submitted, subject to lawful retention needs.
No payment on this site
Commercial terms and invoicing, if any, are handled offline after mutual agreement. Do not send payment credentials through the public forms.
