Client owns final sign-off and submission. Propilith does not submit as the bidder of record unless that is explicitly arranged later. Default: you submit.

Honest capacity, quoted overflow
Founding capacity is confirmed at onboarding based on response size and complexity; a typical monthly capacity is up to 4 mid-size responses or 2 large responses. Overflow is quoted separately. We do not invent capacity or promise unlimited concurrent bids.
What we do not claim. Propilith does not guarantee win rates, deal closes, or RFP scores. We do not fabricate customers, certifications, case studies, or statistics. We draft from materials you provide; you remain responsible for truthfulness.
